KEY PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

The program is designed to achieve the following core objectives, with plans to expand the curriculum through quarterly sessions.

  1. Educating students, parents, and prospective professionals about careers in the music sector.

  2. Exposing underserved communities to opportunities that may be out of reach financially, or where families are not likely to support. 

  3. Establishing a direct pipeline of POC talent to support the live industry, and highlight the diverse career opportunities within live entertainment.

  4. Offering access to more culturally diverse talent.

  5. Creating space for growth, opportunity, and networking through mentorship and peer-to-peer cohorts.
